I stop bleeding at 4 weeks pp then me and my finance had sex, I started spotting last week only a little bit then it stopped then last nite the spotting started again but this time there was a blood clot the size of a penny also now this morning when I woke up there was nothing on the pad. I'm 6 weeks pp and I'm fearing because I dnt know what's going on. Could I be pregnant again or do I need to wait and see if my real period is going to start?
