Nobody can really give a percentage. There are a lot of variables at play here. When was the spermicide applied, what type, how much, how much sperm, etc.
Spermicides kill sperm. Used properly it should be very effective. There is also a "presumed" low risk of pregnancy from "pre-cum" if it precedes any ejaculation.
