Hi. So I am a 19 year old female. I had protected sex about three weeks ago for the first time with my boyfriend. We have had protected sex many times since then.. For my first time, I did bleed.. and a few times after that, I bled as well. On Sunday, the 18th, I had brown discharge, but didn't really think anything of it. The next morning, it was almost as if my period started. It was extremely heavy for two days.. to the point where I changed my tampon every two hours and yet it would still leak through. Then, it all of a sudden stopped. On Wednesday the 20th, it started up again, but then it stopped. I am normally extremely regular. My period was due on the 24th, but I figured that since my hormones were all screwed up from having sex for the first time, that those two days I bled was my period, but I don't know for sure. I started birth control (Tri-Sprintec) on the 25th. Recently, I have had nausea late at night, and have been extremely hungry. I also have clear discharge randomly throughout the week. I honestly don't know what to think of this.. and I'm really worried.. What could this be? Thank you for your time and consideration.
