Here it is... I had the IUD removed on the 1st of January due to some complications. 1 week later i had a menstral cycle that lasted about 5 days... then on Feb. 11th i had another cycle that lasted about 4 days.... I missed march... took 4 tests since then and they have all been negative. Just recently i am having really sharp pains in my breast.. my mother in law says ive gained alittle wait since the last time she saw me which was about a week ago?? that's depressing lol. ive cramped alittle but now i feel like my uterus is going to collaspe from underneathe me... i don't have morning sickness just acid reflux occasionally. my lower back is starting to hurt... could i have tested to early... could this be all in my head? im becoming more tired lately... frequent headaches... i think this may all be in my head?? could i be pregnant? even though ive taken tests and they have all been negative? i have two children so i have been pregnant before but i don't remember any of this happening.... or at least the tests have always been possitive never negative...
Blood tests are normally more accurate then the urine tests. It might be to soon to test as the levels in urine might be too low, try testing in another 2 weeks. If not there might be something else wrong. In the other thread I posted this below. Its April now so about 7 weeks +-. With my last pregancy I got positives only at about 10 weeks.
Somebody said to me if you are carrying a boy levels are much lower than if you carry a girl and can cause negative results with the urnine. I have had the blood test and came out negative, but then heard a whole bunch of people saying if you test to early it can be negative. Most acurately is if you are about 10 -12 weeks, I havent heard before than blood tests can give you false negatives as its a bit more sensitive.
Ive never heard that before. Thanks so much for replying. I am sorta freaking out. If i would have had a period in March my next expected period is due April 8th. I have mixed emotions about this one. i will wait another two weeks. i don't have insurance right now due to my divorce so this makes it even harder....
I can completely understand, stress can also delay your periods especially since you are mentioning you are going through a divorce. Stress can also cause weight gain and other symptoms mentioned. As you have other kids too, try and take it easy till you get through this stressful time and wait a little while before you test again
Good luck
