I'm about 10 wks pregnant and today after walking g on the treadmill for about 25 mins at the low speed of 2.5 I spent the rest of the day feeling pressure in my head any time I lean over it subsides as soon as i stand up if I squat down I don't have it is this motmal ? I have exercised before and not felt it should I be concerned?

it sounds to me like the exercise might have affected your blood pressure - too low blood pressure can cause headaches and fainting, and it can do even worse things later in pregnancy if its too high. It's really easy for you to check your blood pressure - almost every better pharmacy will do this for free, as well as many doctor offices, and if it turns out it is too low, drinking more liquids, especially water, can help a great deal in bringing it back up to the normal values. Either way, even though exercise is safe in pregnancy, it's definitely best to take the safe approach and check every unusual symptom during your pregnancy,
