Hi all..this is opposite to penis retraction cases..I recently had foreplay with my partner and everything was fine until my prepuce which was retracted when the penis was erect didn't come back out after the penis became flaccid..it hurts when i try to pull it back out over the head and im having problems as i cant wear any underwear either..pls help..is it a problem?..as most of the time i have had to pull the prepuce back out over the head..is this normal or is it a problem?..please help..the pain is unbearable..my email is _[removed]_..do reply to it..
