private area shaving itching burning

i shaved my private and i am a female i used an old razor and i cut myself that happened before and nothing happened....i recently shaved and a couple of days later i start experiencing itching....i put cream on it to stop the itching...it still itches everytime i take a shower it burns really bad...when i use the bathroom i burn down there also when i wipe with tissue i see flakeystuff on the tissue there is no discharge jus like cakey stuff that comes out of my cervix no spell...what wrong with me do i have an infection
