First of all, stop having unprotected sex with people whom you are not 100% sure of. Second of all, there is no way to know for sure unless you get yourself tested. I can reassure you a little, that HIV is typically not associated with burning on urination and urgency. You need to get yourself tested for all of the STI's and for a bladder infection as they are the typical culprits. Unprotected sex is dangerous, it kills, literally. Wear a condom unless you are in a monogamous, committed relationship and both you and your partner have been tested and are clean, and protect yourselves from unwanted pregnancies with other birthcontrol method.
