You have to know that these things tend to happen. Also they are not as often as people might think but sometimes the lumps appear after the masturbation. This is usually as sign that you would stop masturbation for several days. These lumps are mostly just filled with lymph fluid which is not dangerous. They will go away but they need time so you need to stop with masturbations in next couple of days. I would advise you to try to masturbate more easier to avoid all these lumps to appear.
