I am a 45 years old male. I have a lot of problems dealing with the pain in my back. At first I thought that it is consequence of my bad posture. But it is not, my spine is normal. I also do not have the arthritis. At first look there is no reason for pain. But it is rather chronic. It gets worse when I lay down. What should I do?
This kind of a pain can be also connected to your mental status. It is natural to decrease the level of activities during the pain but, sometimes, it can make it worse leading you to chronic pain cycle. It can cause loss of strength and flexibility. You must learn to relax, to do more every day, to exercise according to your body's possibilities and needs, do not overuse the medications and of course try to find professional opinion about that pain.
