Thank god I'm not the only one..I'm 16 and a senior and I play varsity sports and I haven't seen anyone have their problem solved yet and I'm really freaking out because I don't want to involve my mother into it or she'll freak out but the day after my period ended my boyfriend and I had sex about 2 almost three weeks ago..and the condom broke so we got plan B three days after I started to bleed lightly almost like spotting..and after that it started to bleed heavily but then now it's like not that much blood. Only in the morning is when it's bad..but then after that morning I put in a normal tampon and go on with my day but it's been 11 days now and my boyfriend wants to know why we aren't having sex anymore and i don't want to think that it's him when it's me..so if anyone has ever stopped this long stage of the cycle please tell me so I can stop worrying lol
This same exact thing happened to me i assumed it Was related to the problems i was already having with my iud (paragaurd) but never this bad until i took the plan b pill ... Have my period june 26th till july 2nd had sex early morning on july 4th took the pill maybe 5 hours after the same .. Started badlyyy cramping and felt super sick july 7th started bleeding july 13th till August 20th (its been three days without blood so i think im stopped now .. Finally .. On july 26th just incase my obgyn checked my iud placement via ultrasound and gave me a pregnancy test just in case to check to rule out bleeding due to ectopic pregnancy (with came back negative)
Read A Lot of posts about others bleeding for long amounts of time after taking the plan b pill so yes i guess its very common (and expensive) atleast its cheaper than having a baby.

I took two plan b because I was freaking out. I was late 2 weeks for my period finally got it and for a week it was light, like the 4 day of a period. Now it's the second week and I've been bleeding really heavy for a week. I'm clotting and the blood is really red with tissue. This is so weird
I am currently going through this exact thing. Started out with a week of spotting, followed by a week of bleeding. I believe it's subsiding now - I am so freaked out because I feel like I've bled enough! When will it stop!!?
I took the pill almost 3 weeks ago and am still bleeding. Today is more like a period than spotting but it's not supposed to come for at least a week. I called plan B and they said this is NOT normal. Should only last 48 hours.
Don't rely on forums girls. If you're experiencing this you should go see a pharmacist or doctor ASAP. I'm doing the same tonight as per the Plan B representatives recommendation.

It doesn't need kill babies. It's an emergency contraceptive that doesn't allow you to get pregnant. Stop spreading misinformation and get educated
Hi there I have had the same thing I've been having light blood since April 16 , 2017 and took plan b on April 10 ,2017 I am now concerned that this has lasted this long and it's getting darker I'm supposed to have my period April 27 2017 . So doctor it is tmrw
