Well, if you strain hard when passing a stool sometimes a semen like discharge will come out. It is not sign of a prostate infection, but does come from the prostate.

I am not sure what else it could be since that's the area the pain is coming from. At times it feels like I could push it out but that only makes it worse. This is gone on at random for quite a while (maybe once every three months on ave.) and nothing has progressed.

I'm not too sure if it seriously affect my prostate, but sometimes after drinking, I throw up and dry heave and my prostate area hurts. I literally have to push on it, or it will severely hurt. What could be cause of this?
