Now, for the bed-wetting, I would consult a doctor about it, because at this age, he really shouldn't be wetting the bed. He may have a bladder control problem that can be treated with some minor medications.
I wish you the best of luck!

About the possibility of a weak bladder, I wonder about when he is awake. How long does he go, during his waking hours, between needing to empty his bladder. If it isn't as long as his friends, he should try to stretch this time out. If he could develop the ability to hold the urine in his bladder much longer as the urge to empty his bladder becomes more intense, this could enhance his ability to hold it until the "I'm working pretty hard down here!" message wakes him up. (So there's another suggestion for fixing the problem.)
Waking up to wet pajamas and a wet bed, on a regular basis, is no way to go through life.

The first question I would ask is has he hit puberty yet. I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned this key to knowing if a wet dream is even possible for the boy in question. Eleven is early, but not outrageously early. First, I would ask him if he knows what puberty is. If the answer is yes, then the follow-up question is has he begun puberty yet. If either answer is "no" then it would be useful if someone who has an eye for spotting the onset of puberty could get a look at his penis/testicles. For the untrained eye, an inch and a half penis that is about as thick as one of his fingers and testicles that seem to be the right size for that, means he is still pre or early puberty and you can count out a wet dream. Bigger than that, then the question is how much bigger and how does he compare to you in size? (if you are a man) The clearly in-between sizes leave the observer saying, "Ah, could be." Testicle size is the key. If they are too small to produce sperm, he isn't having a wet dream. You could focus on the "dream" part of the wet dream question. Ask him if he remembers having a really good dream before waking-up to find the deposit down there. I remember having some great dreams, even if they did end too soon and I couldn't remember the details. I remember thinking, "Oh. I am doing so much better than I ever have before, now!" Then I'd wake up and say, "No! No! I want to fall back asleep right now!!! Pick up where I left off." If the boy in question had a real wet dream, he should remember at least those last 2 thoughts and we hope he'd be open enough to admit it.
