ALRIGHT so... up until highschool, i didnt pay any attention to my pubic area, until one of my "friends" told me it looked like i had a bump in my pants. EVER SINCE, i have been concerned it.

i mean... i can clearly tell it is not FLAT and SEXY like those you see in their underwear, so wtf?? everytime i look up "pubic fat" or "pubic lipsocution" i hardly get any results. im skinny and i like wearing tight pants, but sometimes u can see a little chubb there. is there ANY WAY i can exercise this area?? or what can i do? i do not feel sexy in lingerie, and i always tell my boyfriend about "my penis" but he thinks im f*****g nuts.

i hope this doesnt get worse with age, weightgain or etc :[ help?

Well, this does get worse with weight gain as it is fat like anywhere else on your body. So, depending on what stage of puberty you are in, a major weight gain could be coming which would increase this fat area. Don't worry about it though, as many people have it.(guys have much the same thing)

I am so glad I am not the only one. whewwww..... I was getting worried that because I'm in menapause that maybe something weird was going on. You are right, It certainly isn't very pretty. Mine happened about 2 months ago. like it happened overnight. It's puffy and yes, in tight pants, it reminds you of a penis... yukkkkkk.
I am 55 and in menapause and I thought maybe it could be from that. Yes, I am overweight about 30 lbs. I'm 5'3 and weight about 190. Now I have to wear baggy pants and or long shirts to hide it.
Is there anyway or exercises to get rid or tighten it up? I am disabled with back and fibromyalgia and do not have the income to go to a fitness center. What can I do at home?

I feel your pain.

Embrace and love your earthly vessels, the best thing to do is accept yourself and not drive yourself insaine over such a minor thing. All bodies are different and unique, so we must overcome what media and fashion magazines have hard wired into our brains. Just love yourself and never be ashamed of what you have. I have an enlarged clitorus it is huge and looks like a baby Penis at times, for years I so ashamed and refrained from sexual encounters because I was fearful someone would see it or feel it. However after 35 years of life and no relationships I finally saw a therapist who helped me love my body and know if people can not accept me they are not worth my pressence. I am now married with 3 kids and in my 40's. If I new then what I know now I would have had an easier life. EMBRACE YOUR UNIQUENESS AND LOVE YOURSELF.  Good luck! Feel better!
