Pudendal Nerve demage ?

Hi,

I got hit in the testicle which gave me a pain for a couple of minutes but than resolved...It has been 2 days since than but the problem is that i have a loose testicle in the one i got hit,it does not contract,and i have the sensation of a warm testicle and i have no pain except a sensation of a pulling in the lower part of my  my testicle .... it is worse when i sit and better when i get up....i did not get a morning erection since the demage........Could it e just an inflamation of the testis or the pudendal nerve and how much time does it last????
