I was moving a heavy planter and when I picked it up I felt a sharp pain between my left armpit and into my left breast.  This happened over a week ago and is still really painful.  I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations to help me out .  I don't want to go to the dr. if I don't need to.  Please send me any information that might help me out :)
