I am so sorry that you are plagued by these thoughts. OCD is a very unpleasant thing to have. 

I suggest you look on the internet for "is masturbation a sin?", and you will find that there are many people who do not believe the Bible condemns masturbation. This is just our modern interpretation (with modern being used in the broad sense, at least since the 18th century when medical doctors started taking an interest in masturbation). 

In addition, let me assure you that while what you describe is a bit gross, it is not incest. None of that touches her. But next time, masturbate somewhere where nobody will come in contact with potential fluids, like in the bathroom and then clean it with bleach.

Everything in the bible and in church is based solely on the choice if you choose to believe it or not. I have the same thoughts as Lynxika. You probably wont go to hell but if you do, I will see you down there.

Incest is classified as (in my own words) sexual contact with another family member. This can include oral, anal, or vaginal. Unless you are having sex with your mom, her touching your cum (weather she knows about it or not) is in no way incest. You may have OCD but don't let this little slip bother you.

You should be able to clean it with a hot water and a cloth.

Also, for future reference, when you do masturbate again, try it in the shower or while on the toilet. It makes for easy cleanup. You can also hold a tissue or toilet paper on your penis before you orgasm to catch everything. Then again you can also masturbate in a lead lined room. Then God won't see it. It seems to me that it would be pretty difficult to make a case against incest based on the Bible. Don't they want us to believe in Adam & Eve? Just who did their offspring mate with? Oh yeah ---- weren't they both males?  

Incest varies a lot depending on where you live. There is no really good scientific case against it. The chances of passing on some undesirable traits are slightly higher but not much more than the probability of other things that happen randomly.

I think incest is mainly insulting to our senses so we make it illegal. However the legal definition varies widely. In many places cousins are not off limits and there is hardly any scientific reason they should be.

Isn't the Bible simply the written opinions of the men who wrote each book? If you can find anything that was written by God Himself or by Jesus in His own handwriting, you would have the greatest treasure on earth.

I'll take care of the religion part of this. God doesn't make mistakes, alright. So if he REALLY didn't want us to masterbate, he would've made sure to make our arms smaller and give us a way to auto-clean up when we go to the bathroom. Keep in your head that the bible was written by MEN (humans) who are NOT God. Keep in mind as well that it was a traslation of the Hebrew version to the latin version and now to the english. Words mean something different each time and it's easy to make a mistake in the translation. Don't EVER forget that God forgives, if he forgives, you don't need to ask him, he will forgive you automatically. I don't think there is a Hell because if it was real... it would go against everything we were taught about a forgiving God and make him a vengeful one. Don't worry about any of this.

For the cleanliness, your mom will not even NOTICE if you made a mess, she won't even figure out what happened. Next time, just grab a towel of toilet paper in advance, do it in the shower and so on so it won't make a mess. :)

I'm with you Kim. I believe in a loving God. I can't believe he gave us all the exquisite pleasures of sex and masturbation so He could say don't do it. How mean would that be? That seems to be the brain child of some very up tight, frustrated, men and women from previous generations.

How about women being taught that sex was something they were supposed to put up with as a duty to their husbands? Can you even imagine how that set back the idea of marital pleasure? Some years ago circumcision was the recommended cure for masturbation. Apparently thought up by some very sadistic people. I wonder what they did to a girl who was found to have discovered masturbation? I guess they did the same thing to them too. They would unhood the clitoris. That must have backfired on them. HAHAHAHA!!! Awesome!!! But for the circumcision its not exactly that. They circumcise boys so it's waaaayyyy cleaner, no need to pull back the skin or anything :) For girls... well it's a bit more horrible, it still happens to this day where they would cut off the clitoris, sow the inner lips closed except for a hole for periods and sow the big lips shut as well except for a hole for peeing and periods... having sex is excruciating to those girls... :(
