I get the exact same thing. I typically don't quit for good, I just try to take a few weeks off at a time to clear my system. Typically smoke about an 8th to a quarter a week. Last time I tried I had such bad night sweats I got very sick the next day from being so dehydrated. I would recommend drinking lots of water, add some Gatorade in there too (keep it to one bottle of Gatorade a day and then lots of water - you don't want to overdo the sugars). I haven't noticed working out helping much but it certainly doesn't hurt to keep your body moving. Just be careful working out after all the sweating, it could make you even more dehydrated. Note - if you are going hours between trips to the bathroom, get more water and gatorade in your system.

My experience.. I'm not even quitting right now and I'm still having most of these symptoms. I smoke about an ounce a month, but don't smoke during the day cause of work so always in the evenings and weekends. I've been smoking everyday for 7 years and known I've needed to quit for a long time, but I think it's got so bad now that body needs it all the time else I get the withdrawal. Palms and pits are dripping with sweat from midday onwards, anxiety over anything out of the ordinary, flaring temper. If I don't smoke in the evening I'll get the night sweats and crazy dreams, I know what you guys mean about how bad it gets, I'm almost floating by morning.
I love weed, but I always said that it was only okay if it wasn't affecting the rest of my life and job etc. I think it's been affecting it for a long time now and I just haven't wanted to admit it. I don't really have the option of moving away from my friends that smoke, but I've got to the point where I know I need to take it seriously now. My plan is to fill my time with exercise and work for a month or so to spend as little time in the places that I would usually associate with weed. At least I'll get my fitness back..

I am glad to be reading this. I have smoked pot for a long time but in the last year it's become an addiction where I need it to sleep and I'm agitated without it. I don't enjoy drinking anymore so I saw it as my outlet where I could numb my brain and deal with my depression. I have had night sweats consistently for a while now where I wake up soaking wet it's almost like a surge of water pours out of me... I can wring my bra out its disgusting! I am very fit and frequent the gym however I don't sweat abnormally there, just in my sleep.... Google says I have cancer but I'm glad it's just the weed!

It got to a point with me where I wasn't getting high and just cost way too much. Each day not enjoying more and more but the habit kept me going. Tried a few times but always back on it.
This time for good now and 18 days. U got to be determined as so easy to buy and light up. Still get the odd craving but that's normal as I've given up tobacco too so full cold turkey!

Having 2 hours a night sleep wake up, drenched in sweat and back for another 2 hours and so on, crazy dreams and therefore short tempered, it's getting easier though.
Stay determined and think of the money you're saving and especially your health as your body will only take so much punishment before it's too late!
