I quit smoking for almost 6months and in the 2nd month I had bad heartburn and it went away now I have the worst acid reflux and heartburn! I have changed my diet and I’m not eating much because it’s so horrible with the acid reflux and heartburn!! I have acid pills 20mg and chewables they helped at first and not sure if I should take way more than 1or2!! I did find a acid rx that my dad used to take but it’s 150 mg and I believe it’s taken off the market but I took one and it helped! The horrible way this feels I’d rather have some of the other symptoms people get from quitting smoking! For crying out loud how long does this last? I also have thyroid issues that I take medication for which slows my metabolism,ugh! I feel I’m the only one with this symptom and the severity of it,Ugh again!!!
