random bruising on legs and arms

ok so im 16 years old and ever since i was about 15 i have been going to sleep and waking up with bruises all over my arms and leges usually on my legs near my knees. i a PVC in my heart and delayed timing/beat but my cardiologst says it is nothing to worry about and that i dont need any medication.but with all of this bruising im starting to worry.
please help me with this

This happens to me and I also have been diagnosed with normal PVC's.
