So today I finally decided to just google it and try to find an answer to my body, I've had this problem since I was maybe 13 and I'm 19. It happened alot more when I was younger and I think it was just too many hormones, but at random times I would get an erection. Without any excitement what so ever, i could be on the way to school, working, or just concentrating in class...no sexual thoughts what so ever and I would get an erection. To make this a bit more hidden I found it was either to where baggy pants/khakis to hide it. Besides this problem, After a minute of intercourse, without a condom(I wouldn't recommend this to anyone younger and new to sex), I would have to stop for a moment and relax my self before continuing or else I would ejaculate. I'm just hopeing this goes away after a few more years....And when i do ejaculate..about 20mins-60mins later...I get rly hard again and it hurts a bit from being harder then before...The pain only goes away with touch. And yes, I can cum again soon after the first time..
So what I'm asking is: Why do I have random erections? Why do I ejaculate quickly?(I masturbate about once a week) Why do I "recover" so quickly and why does it hurt?

Hi Shaded,
You have random erections because you are a male. Seriously. It is NORMAL.
Do you ejaculate quickly? How long does it take you to orgasm? You seem to know when to stop and relax. You are aware of the feelings in your body, keep working on that. It will get better as you get more used to sex.
Rapid recovery is normal, again you're young. 20 minutes is about right. As you get older it will take longer.
The pain is most likely a result of vasocongestion, a result of your erection.
Hope it helps.

Thanks alot, your info reassured me about my self. I wasn't sure whether it was normal or not and it's not something I'd feel comfortable asking a doctor in person or anything. So thanks for the help.

VERY normal, Shaded.
If you'd like some more information, there are some great resource books out there:
"The Guide to Getting it On" by Paul Joannides (deals with lots of aspects of personal maturity, sexual development, as well as sexual relations in a lighthearted manner.)
"Everything You've Always Wanted to Know About Sex" by Dr. David Ruben ( basic straight question and answer in a very readable text format. No graphics)
