Do you think that raw food diet could help me with my migraines and not just with migraines but also I have heard someone talking of how raw food diet helped him dealing with depression and panic attacks? I would like to try with raw food diet for I believe it could help me deal with the same condition for the anxiety is affecting my daily life –it has become unbearable so regarding the fact I have become somehow intolerable on meds and drugs maybe raw food diet could help me with this.

Have you think it over seriously for I think you don't have any idea of what raw food diet is about, well I will tell you –for I once started and quit for good and for if you asked me this raw food diet thing it simply can't be for everybody-it is about eating raw meaning uncooked food, unprocessed diet and it could also be organic food. Well ok it is not like it is not totally uncooked but the max heat that is allowed in preparing food in raw food diet is 118F- I don't know I find it somehow easier deal with my depression than with raw food diet. And if you asked me after I eat these half cooked meat for several times I ended up being even more depressed for I was thinking of what I just have ate-and the image didn't like me at all. But on the other hand there are some proofs that raw food diet is based on real healthy patterns and I have heard many people claiming it has helped them.
