Hello. I'm 49 year old female and I have developed real big problem with my overweight.
I don’t know- I have tried about three diets and none of them really helped me.
Just recently I have heard that sometimes eating a raw food can be helpful in managing weight. I really don’t believe in this but, being helpless I started to believe in almost everything that could possibly be of any help.
Any suggestions?

I have some informations about this type of diet because my wife has been using it last year and I could say- it helped her a lot.
I believe that the reasons are not known, but who gives a dam when experience is shown that it really helps.
I know only that my wife felt extremely energized.
One very obvious improvement resulting from a raw food diet is in the digestive system because this raw food is digesting extremely well.
Raw food provides you perfect nutrition without negative effects including fat production.
Main bad thing about raw food is its bad taste.
When you get use to is you will solve all your problems.
