So im a female and I always get waxes in my vaginal area a couple weeks ago I shaved and days after that what seemed like a ingrown hair started to appear, then I realized it started spreading to different parts and they look like burn markes with a scab and it hurts reeaallyyy bad so theres red circles everywhere and idk what to do please help.
