some days my lips are quite a normal colour then somedays i wake up and there really red ,whats going on?

minee doo that toooooo! i hate it.. i try everything like i put ice or i drink tea but i dont really know if that works.. its sooo annoyingg! i think its because some people have thin skin in their lips so if blood rushes to it, it will show much more. dont be too self-concious about it thoe. do you have larger lips by any chance?
