Hello. I'm probably just being paranoid, but I've had this red bump (not sure if I would call it a sore, but possibly) on my crotch (I'm quite overweight and its on the pad of fat above my penis). It's been there for quite some time and I can't remember exactly when it showed up. I've never had sexual intercourse before, but received oral sex from about 6-7 different people whom I didn't know very well. I was recently tested for STDs (HSV and Syphilis I believe, possibly others). It doesn't hurt or itch really. I've been to my doctor (I didn't really think of mentioning it to him then I guess) but I assume he saw it during the physical. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, and just kept nagging in the back of my head "oh my god what if it is something?"
