Hello. I do have the same (seems to be) spot on the right side of my tummy. But hey, I don't drink, especially past 3 years since I had 2babies on the row... So I wouldn't connect it to alcohol in my case 100%, but my immune system seems to be down quite a bit now, and I'm connecting this spot (and another one's coming) connecting to immun system is too weak to fight some sort of an infectiones thing. ;( assuming an antibiotic cream would help, but I got to go to the doc first.

It is probably a fungal infection of the skin. You need to wash all your clothes in canestan for 2 months and use tea tree soap. It makes sense that when you drink a lot it comes back because alcohol has a lot of sugar and beer has yeast and sugar. Dilo cream, coconut oil are good as an antibacterial/antifungal cream to use on the skin

I had exactly the same thing.Tried cortisone cream 5 weeks no worse no better. The doctor wasn't sure but gave me a prescription to "dry it up" 4 more weeks no change. I just tried LISTERINE for 2 days and it is 90 % gone!!!

If it's shingles they need to be treated within 72 hours of the rash appearing plus they can be contagious...I'd see a doctor asap!

if they hurt, and don't itch, it's probably shingles. but i have the same thing; red spots on my right arm, right abdomen and right thigh, but they neither hurt, nor itch. i've had them for two months now, so that rules out shingles. also, no exposure to new soaps or fabrics. weird. my doctor referred me to a dermatologist, but i don't see the point; no one knows what it is. now they are starting to fade slightly.

Yes I also have cluster of tiny red dots on only right side of my stomach. . Somewhat itchy but not annoying and I apply with rubbing alcohol twice daily but not fading yet. I'm 52 white male, 30 lbs overweight.  I have this since beginning of the year. I have not seen a doctor for it yet. ..

Listerine mouthwash you mean. .ok so then you apply it with towel about how often a day? Yeah that's amazing. . And I'm thinking main ingredient in that is alcohol so then cheap rubbing alcohol should also do the trick, but maybe not ey...
Because Listerine is pricy and I'm thinking the other secondary ingredients play a role in it as well, I wouldn't be surprised
