I've had the same thing for about 10 years now, when i exercise or when i'm exposed to extreme heat and a lot of sweat i get a rash, pimples concentrated in an area. Mine is on my chest, neck, back, chin.  it normally starts on my chest and i can see red bumps when it's really hot and if i don't take quick showers it grows to my neck and back and it keeps going up the longer i stay in the sun and sweating.  I've been to the doctor a few times and the only thing that has helped is to take quick showers every few minutes.  I know it's not easy to do sometimes but for example when i go to the beach i go to the public shower and just rinse the sweat off, same thing when i'm playing sports, every hour or so i go and take a quick shower.  It always works.   What sucks is when i'm at places when i cannot take showers like last week, I went to the football game and it was hot as hell outside but I couldn't take showers and now i'm paying for it, my chest and neck is all broken out.

I have had the same problem with breaking out with a rash. It started about 10 years ago in my first trimester when I was pregnant.

I find the only thing that works is baby sunblock. The spray type but this only helps keep the rash at bay on my hands and arms. Also when I wear tight jeans then I notice a break out.

Try to wear loose cottony clothing that allows the skin to breath. Using a special type soap also helps that is for sensitive skin.

I have the same issue. I work in a hot factory and I look like a freaking dalmation. The winter I have very few of these. The best thing I've discovered is to treat the problem at its core. I waxed a small area over my calf(yes I even have zits on my calves) and they swelled up really bad and I popped them all. The next couple of days were the best. Nothing. I can't even wear shorts in the summer. It's so embarrassing and a major cause of a lot of my recent depression. When I see other people wearing shorts, male or female I fill with envy. Wearing pants because if this embarrassment only makes it worse. So loose clothing and hair removal are the best. Laser hair removal if you can afford. Waxing at home if you're like me. I have never tried any creams. Hope this helps man. So embarrassing to have to explain to a woman when you have sex in the summer. So embarrassing :(

It sond like either the std molluscum or it's an affection u got from a cut it somethin years ago. Such is more what it sound like u need to see a doctor but the best treatment for it would be betamethasone valerate cream. And even when they go away I need to keep applying it or what your useing for 2 or 3 month to make sure it kills it just cause there no bumps don't mean it's gone. I would try apply what your use until it goes away and stays away for 3 month with no outbreak that will do it and the swollen glands are most likely happening because your body is fighting infection. Hope this help. Dr young. Also there is no garuntee it will work in not treating u and haven't view this on my own. I need to see your family doctor.

I have the same problem when I go running with the same pants that I wore last time I wore for running. I have red itchy bumps all over my thigh and get worse when I shower. I wore the same exercise pants that had sweat on it again when I go for running again because I couldn't do my laundry every time I go running.. I can't do it anymore. Sweat is the worst enemy to skin and either I wash all the time or I have to buy a lot..

I was helping someone move from a house to an apartment in extremely humid area, as Tennessee is know for, afterwards I help to set up the post to a deck an hour or so later. The next day I broke out in the small, red bumps scattered all over from my arms to my chest and back. This isn't the first time this has happened, whenever I work outside usually the next day I break out. The bumps are almost like acne, some have white heads, and others are almost like red circles on the top of my skin. Is there anyway to rid of this?

Its a staph infection. Or MRSA. Antibiotic should do it.

Purex is the one detergent that I avoid like the plague. I have these same bumps during the summer when it is hot and humid. However, using Purex detergent caused the same thing during the Winter months as well, only worse.

I wish we could figure out how to stop this, I am tired of looking like I don't bathe for half the year.
