hi there im only 14 and have never had sexual intercourse, although i do masturbate. 2 days ago i saw a red lump appear on the underside of the shaft of my penis (i had masturbated the day before) when i squeezed it puss came out so i cleansed the area. today i woke up though and it had gotten bigger and almost had a shiny surface, so i cleansed the area and took a sterilized needle, i then poked a hole through the surface and squeezed. this time blood and puss came out so i squeezed most of it out and then cleansed the area again. so the blister/lump is back to its original size but i would like to know what it is and how to get rid of it.
any suggestions? (im pretty sure that it could be from masturbating too rough, if so then how do i get rid of it?)

It could be a pimple, you can get them on your penis too.
