So I masturbate prett regularly. For a few weeks I did it alot and often didn't use lube. My penis started to get irritated and such. I just kinda ignored it. But after a while I got a rash on the bottom of my penis shaft near my balls and a little on my balls. It's red and it's always moist. I stopped masturbating for about a week and a half now with the exception of a few days ago I had a little quickie with lots of lube, I just couldn't resist. But it looks kind of like balanitis but on my shaft and a little on my scrotum. I think it's improved a little but not by much. What is this? What should I do to help it?

first maybe its the fact that u masturbate alot and using lube isnt healthy and it probably irritated your penis so thats maybe y u have that rash but i highly recommend that u see a doctor

You could have a fungal infection, which has symptoms that look like balanitis and can affect any part of the penis. You should definitely see a doctor for a positive diagnosis, but you can treat fungal infections fairly easily with over the counter meds like monistat or tinactin.
