It wasnt on the actual testicle but its on the sack part, and it is about the size of a pencils end. It doesn't hurt nor itch, but I am really worried. I rather ask here first, just in case its really nothing. Please can someone respond? I'm really worried about this. I'm a virgin too so it isnt an STD.

Red marking on your scrotum can be anything from chafing, friction burn, to Chlamydia or Syphilis.
