Okay, I am a 15 year old boy and today I've noticed several spots on my Penis and Testicles. There are two tiny red spots, looking a bit inflammed, on my penis. These spots kind of look like the spots I get on my face, the teenage spots. There is also another spot, on my testicle which looks about the same and quite red. I've had no pain with this at all and no other symptoms at all, I just found it on me today. I'm getting slightly worried that this might be Cancer. I am quite shy, and slightly embarrased to go to a doctor or even show my parents it so please can you write back. Thanks.

You can get pimples or zits on your genitals. This may be what you have. If you just noticed them today keep an eye on them for a few days and see what happens. Wash the area with a gentle soap. They should clear up in a few days.
Don't worry about cancer please. There are often many common things that it could be as well. You've caught it early in any case and that would mean easier treatment.
