I don't know what it is. I mean it gets kind of crusty on my daily panty-liner i wear so it's not like it's soaked in blood from my period. my period ended like 13-14 days ago. i am sexually active. we usually do use condoms. i am on a daily birth control pill. should i be worried about pregnancy?

Due to the fact that you have said that "we USUALLY use condoms" I want you and your partner to get tested for an STD/STI! Even though this COULD be implantation bleeding, it wouldn't be happening over several days, and I have NEVER heard of flakey!!! Which leads me to believe you might have an infection. So get checked out, and while you are at the clinic get a pregnancy test! Good luck and ehalth!
