I'm a 20 year old female. last night I went to the restroom and when I wiped there was discharge, it was normal colored except with some orangish red color to it. Nothing else, like no blood when I wipe. I wake up this morning, and I find very light brownish maybe red spots in my underwear. I wipe but there is nothing there. I have never spotted between periods before. I must note that I have an anxiety disorder which I was recently hospitalized for due to high anxiety and suicidal thoughts. I was on 50mg of zoloft before but while in the hospital they increased my dose to 100mg. I never had this while on 50mg. I just started this new dose at the beginning of the week. I have no itchiness or odor to the discharge. Sometimes when I wipe there is a little orangish speck? Does anyone know what this might be?
I have no answer for you but to see your doctor. This could just be spotting, but with medication, there is always a risk something more serious is happening. Best wishes
