So I'm a 17 year old male who is a virgin.
Recently I've noticed some redness around my penis head, it almost looks like inflamed skin, also some red spots showed up on the shaft a couple od days ago but seem to be completely gone now. It doesn't itch or anything it just causes mild discomfort. I was wondering if it has do anything with the fact that I suffer from eczema since I was baby. I've been applying some over the counter cream and vaseline for a week now but it doesn't seem to do anything.
