this week, I discovered a little red spot on the area above my Cupid's bow. It wasn't a pimple or anything like that, but if I scratch it, it starts to get red and is painful a little. It kind of feels like a little needle going into that spot a little below my nose and above my Cupid's bow. I don't know what to do, I tried putting hot water but that doesn't work. So it hurts everytime i try to scratch beat my lips or Cupid's bow.
