I think I need to exercise too. But unfortunately I don't really know which kind of sport would be the best for me. I don't want to stop eating chocolate. Yeah I know I am a weak person... Nevertheless which would be the best sport for me? I need something which burns a lot of calories!

How much chocolate do you eat a day? I think that if you are young, you could go to a gym, or do arobics, that would burn a lot of calories up. You will have to find something that you like, otherwise you won't stick to it. I really like riding my bike all over, and somethimes I stop at a cafe and drink a cup of coffee.

Definitely too much :D I would say in average four bars of chocolate a week. I just love to eat it while watching tv in the evening.... Unfortunately there is no gym in our village and I don't have enough money to buy a trainer. Biking-well I don't like that very much. I think it is very boring...

That is way too much chocolate, try 1/2 a bar, and make it last all week. I mean I use to inhale chocolate too, but I want to lose weight more now than eating chocolate bars. How about swimming?? That is fun, and summer is coming up then you can go to a nice lake and make a day of it.

I know but what could I eat instead? I really need something to eat while relaxing in the evening. I tried fruit but this didn't satisfy me at all. And candies are just as bad as choclate I guess. Do you know any light options? Swimming-well I could try that although I don't really like it that much. Do you think it is also possible to burn calories while bowling?

Why don't you make yourself a big bowl of popcorn at night (without butter and salt) or sunflower seeds in the shell, you can eat all you want then. Yes I think bowling will burn off calories, that is also a very good idea for me, haven't done that in a long time.

Well I don't like popcorn that much and honestly I believe that without butter and salt is woud taste even worse :-) And sunflower seeds...well I don't think that this could be alternative. It is not comparable with chocolate at all :(

This is my 10th day of taking redusyn and I have lost 8 1/2 lbs, this is really easy and I feel great, believe me you don't even want to eat candy. I just eat fruits when I am hungry, and that is enough for me. That will be fun to go bowling, I know I had a great time and I want to go again.

Yes I am so very happy with redusyn, I never though it would work this good. I am surprised that it is working so well for me, I am so happy about this. It is really the first time I have lost weight without any great effort. I hope to reach my goal by summer.

Yes, it seems like my eating habits are changing by themselves, I know it sounds funny but it is true, maybe Redusyn does that. Before I ate anything that contained sugar, candy bars, chips and dip, ice cream and not just alittle, gobs of the stuff. That is why I am so surprised that I don't eat it any more, I don't even think about it. I hope that redusyn helps you like it helps me.

This is my 16th day and I am still losing without very much effort. I have now lost 13lbs and I am very ahppy about this. I never thought that this would work this well. I have noticed that I am more active and I want to do more things, where before I didn't do much after work, now I try to do some kind of activity every night, even if it is a bike ride.
