Thanks. your totally right. Your not a conspiracy theorist but a truth seeker. There are millions of people searching for truth these days when for years we have been hoodwinked into beliving that popping pills and taking organs out is the only way. Try various therapies and find out for yourself. That is the best evidence you need. Good luck!

The understanding of "the Energy" that flows through the body has been known about for thousands of years. The Chinese call it Chi, the Indians call it Prana. You obviously haven done any true research or had any treatments yourself so how can anyone have a open discussion with you. These ancient practices were around keeping people healthy before pharmacutical drug made billion and well before your ego came into existance. Times are changing whether you like it or not.

for your information reflexology is an ancient healing method...something that was here before medical science...if people of ancient age benefited from such techniques why cant you?? its just a healing technique that can help help to heal certain conditions or lessen the pain...It is not 100 percent guaranteed to heal, neither can advanced medicine give you 100 percent...

You mean all those remedies that have been proven over and over again work no better than a placebo? The remedies are NOT fixing people... The complex human body is fixing them. People assume it is the remedy because of coincidence. They take "remedy". The body repairs itself as it usually would. They then attribute the remedy to the repair...

I strongly disagree, it isn't a scam at all! Experts have proven in many cases that a lot of health issues such as arthritis can be preventable with the help of reflexology. Maybe it's not the solution to all physical problems, however it is still beneficial psychologically. It's like how we hear these case studies where patients suffering from things like anxieties, are prescribed drugs that actually do nothing more than act as a placebo, but still prove to make a full recovery. Besides reflexology has many other positive effects for example relieving stress but interestingly even having that human interaction is sometimes just what people need. Is it a scam when the patient feels a lot better? It may not be the answer for everything and I don't believe I have ever heard of these claims that it cures cancer but sometimes these methods of therapy are far more effective than medication.

Have you ever tried a session of reflexology? I think not as if you actually tried it you may experience the benefits. Im all for sceptics but unless you have tried it you are not really in a position to pass judgement and if you did try it and found no benefit try another reflexologist and do your research before going to the effort to post an opinion.

AND , no reflexologist will claim that it can cure anything. As professional reflexologists know that and cannot ever say that they can cure so I am afraid you have been mis informed.

reflexology helps the body to heal itself. We, reflexologists have never pretended healing from colon cancer or arthitis.I have treated very efficiently back pains, sciaticas, colds if you want to believe it or not

Say what u like.
But my masseur told me to look for medical attention for my bladder, and she was right.
How she know? Simply by just massaging my feets.

lol. please get your facts straight. I don’t think he used wikipedia as a source. And let me inform you- contrary to what most people think, keeping wikipedia as a source isn’t a bad thing. Have you ever seen the links at the bottom of an article called “References”? Those are the actual sources of all the data in a wikipedia page. I have NEVER seen Wikipedia cite an untrustworthy source as a reference.

Back to reflexology, your premise is wrong again. “Kunz and Kunz in 2008 developed a summary of medically and experimentally proven primary effects of reflexology. It clearly shows that reflexology causes increase in the blood flow to kidneys and intestines, amelioration of symptoms including betterment in kidney functioning of kidney dialysis patients, relaxation, and significant pain reduction.

There is plenty more proof. And no, reflexology can’t cure cancer. But it causes significant improvement in the lives of cancer patients (Stephenson et al. (2000)).

I understand that we have been scammed so much in the last few decades that we refuse to believe any sort of holistic or alternative therapy out there. But please, at least do some browsing before you ask people to go away with their ‘nonsense’. I too take reflexology sessions at a naturopathic clinic in Mississauga called Erin Mills Health where I live, and I can confidently say that reflexology has brought about a significant improvement in the quality of my life.

I normally don't buy into this type of c**p either. I've never had it done BUT a friend taught me awhile back a place a place to push on your foot on the inner part close to the ankle to help with severe menstral cramps, I swear it works. You can almost feel the pain start to go away. It's annoying though having to hold your foot, but it works. Everytime. It's strange
