I have been suffering sleeping disturbances for last few weeks. Even when I am extremely tired I have difficulties to fall asleep. In fact I am more and more tired every day because of that. I was thinking to try with restoril. I have heard that it is very effective sleeping pill. How dangerous it can be? How long should it be used? Thanks.
Restoril is drug that belongs to group of benzodiazepines, drugs that are used in treatment of anxiety, but also have sedating effect. Restoril is commonly used in treatment of insomnia and sleeping disturbances. I used it for 10 days and managed my problem with sleeping. It can cause addiction if is used for a longer period. It is used once a day, at bed time. Therapy should not last for longer than 4 weeks.
