well you should do some cardio wokrout to warm uup - be it running, rope jumping, jump jacks etc. and before starting warm up, especially running, warm up your joints (knees and ankles) - there are specific exercises aimed at them, otherwise you could hurt your knees/ankles on the long run.

To quarantine, there is a muscle weakening and unusual distribution of fat tissues. It was nice to know that the arteries begin to harden, the joints lose their flexibility, even swell.

you only have to work a little harder i did football and wrestling and i can tell you the transition from the end of football to the begining of wrestling was only hard because i wasn't used to doing endurance along side of weights. you can increase both in concurrence and not lose out on the other i proved this
