I am experiencing acute lower backache since last two and a half months. Initially the doctors diagnosed a muscular spasm and advised ibuprofen and bed rest. The initial x-ray of my backbone show no abnormality. Now recently when another doctor took x-ray of my back, he gave the following report:-
- LV4 - LV5 disc space mildly reduced.
- Sacralization of LV5 seen, synostosis between transverse
processes of LV5 and Alac of sacrum and markedly reduced
adjoining disc space.
- Vertebral heights intact.
- Sacralization of LV5

Can you please advice me some treatment, precautions and excercises?
