I heard you cannot get pregnant naturally w/o fallopian tubes but on here it seems a few people have. So does that mean it is possible, however very rare? I remember seeing a couple of lifetime movies as a kid bout women getting pregnant, and this woman told her husband but he was mortified and livid bc he never told her but he'd had vasectomy then when she went to Dr found out there is 1 in 100,000 chance of still getting pregnant. Also, is it normal for a period to be late after a salpingectomy?
