Helo,

I have noticed some some semen-like discharges from my penis. This is intermitent and most times it only comes out if I squeezemy penis well enough. Its been on now for about 10 days and I was wondering if it is anything to worry about.

I had unprotected sex with a girl recently (2 weeks ago) and that has aggravated my fears.

please advise.

Ken

Hi Ken, How old are you?  Was it your first sexual activity?

Semen-like fluid coming from the penis may be nothing more than that – semen; especially if you have to squeeze to make it come out. Some amount of semen may be expelled during arousal – this is the body’s way of producing its own lube. If the discharge is accompanied by burning or frequency of urination, or if you have itching, a rash, or fever, you should absolutely get it checked by a doctor. Since you are sexually active, it is a good idea to get checked anyway – some STDs don’t cause any obvious symptoms, but you can still pass them to a partner. You can also help keep your penis healthy by washing every day and applying a moisturizing penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that is enriched with penis-specific nutrients.
