I have this 4 cyst under my ball sack. Before i only had one and it's big and I manage to pop it out because it looks ripe white and ready to pop. I was so happy that time that I got rid of it but after that 4 cyst appeared again but and I can't pop them out. The 3 are soft and the other one is hard with whitish color. I tried to pierce them with pin but I'm too afraid to push it deep. *sigh* wanna get rid of this myself :(

i had one large sebaceous cyst on my scrotum, about the size of a small grape. i had it surgically excised about 10yrs ago. during the procedure the dr pierced the sac and ever since I've had about 10-20 small ones appear. i too regularly manage them my self by piercing the skin and squeezing out the stuff inside, but the always return. i was recently given advice by a naturpath friend who suggested soaking the the scrotum in echinacea liquid for about 15mins a day. I'm not usually big on remedies like this (little bit too hippy for my taste..) however i have read some articles just today that recommend using echinacea liquid in this way can reduce size and eventually get rid of cysts ( note: no mention of treating ones on the scrotum..) i have yet to try this method but am thinking of giving it a go..
has anyone else ever heard of this as a treatment? ever tried it???

I had a little bump on my scrotum for at least 2 years and when it first started to grow i didn't care but now I care cause it's the only imperfection of my scrotum and I am mad at myself for not squeezing it out when it was tiny. Now its like a little ball on my scrotum it's tiny but you can see it. I first tried to squeeze it but it wasn't working and then I just gave up... next day I woke up and it was just bigger and damn f**k it became a problem for the first time in 2 years it grew in size and it looked irritated also. After reading this post and the replies I seen I could take it off by myself with little to no risk and no need to go see a doctor so I took the precautions to remove it by my own. I had no bleach no lighter and no alcohol to sterilize so I used hydrogen peroxide, then I found a random knife (had no needles) washed it then used the peroxide on it. took some paper for blood and started to squeeze cyst the most I could. at first I was poking the sides with the knife, at the end I totally poked the cyst itself, that didn't hurt at all and it popped. I was so happy best feeling ever. No pain just a nice scrotum with no ugly bump damnnn this happiness, I washed everything up and went straight to this website and posted that reply. I'm feeling much better no shame with the girls.

I've tried ACV with no success. Did you just rub it on and then leave it? How many days in a row did you need to do this for?

thanks

Why can't I get rid of them? They recently started popping up more and more and I've had them since I was around 15. I'm gonna try spreading lard on my balls to accelerate the cycle of these cysts. After years of self surgery being a fed up 21 year old I have decided to find an instant way out. I'll either have surgery or go balls deep with a blade and yank these little pains in the balls out! I heard that shaving your balls creates cysts, so I stopped shaving my balls and now only shave my pubes and I hate ballhair! What do I do? Keep the ballhair or keep the cysts?

Ok im writing this to help you guys out. Please pay attention ive had this for years and only until recently if figured out the solution. NOTHING you can put on your scrotum will work. I repeat nothing. Nothing you eat or any vitamins will work. This is a genetic disorder I suspect that causes something on the cellulat level to go coo-coo with us. Putting a needle in and squeezing the white stuff out wont work because the cyst sac will heal and fill up again. The only solution is self surgery. Believe me Nothing else will work.

1. Buy a scalpel off amazon I bought a number 11 and get some polysporin cream for healing.

2. Get your scalpel rdy and a lot of paper towels and tissue.

3. Get a good grip on the cysts and slowly slice an x shape with the scalpel as dead center over the cyst as you can. Remember not to push hard because you want to slice only the thin skin over the cysts. If you do it right you will see the white part of the cyst sack.

4. once you made the x over the cyst you kind of use the tip of the scalpel blade to move the skin in the center to the sides making more space and making the cyst more visible but it doesnt need to be much. Remeber not to break the cyst wall yet.

5. Now you will see the white sac part of the cyst through the thin layer of your scrotum. You insert the tip of the scalpel in it breaking the cyst sac wall and squeeze the contents out. Do this as slowly as possible and try to push everything evenly through the x slice you made.

6. This step is important: Once all the white substance is out keep squeezing the area as close as you can. Basicallly the remains of the cyst wall sac are in and you want to squueze it out of the x you made. It will protrude slightly and you have to pull on it. Use a paper towel or kleenex to grip. Its kind of tricky so be patient. you will notice some residual skin sticking out of the x. you can pull and rip it out. (THIS IS THE CYST WALL AND ITS ROOTED TO THE SKIN UNDERNEATH. ITS VERY TOUGH SO YOU WILL NEED TO PULL AND TUG THIS PART HARD) make sure you rip it all out.

7. Go take a shower wash your scrotum, cleanup and put the polysporin anti bacterial scream on the spot and place a bandage over it.

By the way it will be impossible to pull the cyst sack skin with your fingers of the blood and because its so small you cant grip it. The only way is with a kleenex or scott towel. Grip it with that and pull

Long time reader on this topic but first time poster, haha.

Anyway, I wanted to thank everyone for their input and I just got done with my self surgery a few minutes ago. It went very smoothly. No pain in the slightest, easy to do, and so mad I didn't do this earlier!

I agree with most of what people did but I had a few tidbits I wanted to throw in since I have done a lot of a research and my good friend is a dermatologist.

1.) Make sure to prep for surgery. This means have everything ready by your side that you could ever possibly need. Wash your hands thoroughly. Disinfect the areas. Cleanse the scalpel with rubbing alcohol.

2.) 30-60 minutes before surgery, put on the numbing cream. I purchased one they use for tattoos and I felt NOTHING!

3.) When making the the incision and the type of incision to make. Use a scalpel! You can order one on amazon for 5 dollars. Do not make a deep incision. I suggest gently cutting about half to three quarters the length of the cyst. Then, instead of an X shape, I would cut at a 90-degree angle into your first cut. This will make it easier to stop the bleeding than a two way X cut. While doing this it is important to push the sac to tight to the skin. If you can't get it to start popping through then I recommend cutting a little deeper. The goal here is to NOT POP THE SAC. If you pop the sac and don't remove the root then it will eventually come back one day.

4.) Now you have gotten it to the surface!? Great. You will need to cut around the sac to remove it unless you can just separate it with your hands. It's easy.

Hop in the shower and rinse. Put Neosporin on the area and wrap with a towel until the bleeding has slowed. Then, disinfect again, add Neosporin to a bandaid. And boom! You are done.

Remember to keep an eye on the wound and keep it clean! You don't want an infection down there!

If you want a picture of the cyst of any other information then reply with your email and I will send you a picture of what it should look like at the end. The cyst that is. Remember, take your time and don't be nervous. It was so simple!

Do the self surgery! It is simple and painless. Do one a week and start with the ones that are most on the surface. You'll be glad you did!

Hey! This sounds exactly like what I'm going to do in a few days.. Could you say what brand of numbing cream you used? Pictures would be much appreciated!

No, if you need that big of a cut then maybe you should go to a doctor? The length of my incision was about that of a penny. Just hold a towel to it for a while and stay still for the night. Cover with a bandage and keep clean. Don't mess with it. It will heal on its own.

I feel like I'm in the same situation because This has been around on my lower genitals for some years now as well, about the same. My depression has increased and the sense of hopelessness tends to along with it. But on the somewhat good side I have been doing my on research and I'm finding more clear answers slowly. Though all of the Specialist I've seen say that what I have is a totally different Type of disease of some kind and removal of everything is the only remedy; I've found that it's highly treatable but some complex procedures will have to be undergone. The best part though is recovery is strong as well as the chance of them not resurfacing . This is HOPE (scrotal calcinosis)
