can you say something about the scars from the surgery. how do they look and how long does it take to get healed

Hey there I've had these cysts for a long time. Probably since I was 17-18, I'm almost 24 now.
I think I might have found a cure! About a week ago I started applying quite a bit of Vitamin E Oil to my balls and penis after every shower and after sex.
I have already noticed results and where I had textured cysts on my shaft before it's now almost completely smooth. They are still visible but definitely thinned out on my scrotum as well.
I read about this on Reddit so no guarantees, but the OP said he applied it everyday for a year and they were gone. Cheers! Try it out and if it works spread the word.
P.s. I tried the cutting method and f**k that sh*t makes me wanna puke and they are impossible to get out.

I cut an X on top of it, cut very easy with brand new razor blade (which I sterilized). However I did not see any white stuff or anything like that. It was solely just blood, not too much but enough where I had to wipe away with a few paper towels. Didn't hurt too bad but definitely not pleasant or completely painless. I have a fairly low tolerance for pain and I could handle it with no problem. I was squeezing and couldn't get any white stuff out or see a sac like other people explained.
The next day the incision spot hurt and I could feel it all day. I looked and couldn't really tell if it was taken care of as there was still a tiny lump. After about two days it healed and I was left with a tiny bump with a little indentation. About 4 days after that (today) it is almost completely gone and I think the issue is taken care of. Thank god, that was a horrible experience.
Now after it first healed I thought the bump was still there so I emailed a doctor. I just googled "where to get sebaceous cysts removed Minneapolis" and found a place super easily. They got back to me and told me I would have to come in for one consultation and then another appt for the surgery that should take about 15-30 minutes, and should be covered by my health insurance. I was gonna schedule but it has gone away now. If it comes back I am definitely just going to get it done there as it's covered by my health insurance.
After this is all done I think I would NOT recommend the self surgery if you have health insurance that covers it. If what I had was a cyst I did not get the wall out. Going to a doctor also helps the risk of it not scarring as they are trained to do it. It seems like a fairly regular procedure and not a big deal. Sure you have to get your balls out to show a doctor but they are used to that, you are just one out of thousands of patients they will see in their life time. Life goes on. If you are just starting to research this now you are probably freaking out like I was. Just know there are fairly simple ways to correct it and it could be much worse as they are not a risk to your health. Glad to put this all behind me finally, and if it does come back I'm going straight to the doctor.

Says you wrote this "over a year ago" - I've seriously searched about dealing with these things at least once a year for probably a decade now and this is the first time I've come across a post as helpful as yours. It really shouldn't be buried 6 pages into this thread; I nearly quit reading a few times before finally making it here. Thank you so much for posting.
EDIT: Realizing that this may help visibility, I'm gonna do all caps: CHECK THE POST I HAVE QUOTED - EVERYONE WITH THIS PROBLEM SHOULD READ FIRST

I would suggest to DEFINE what those CYSTS are before starting any type of "self surgery".
It looks like many of us are talking about differents things under the "cyst" term.
I went to an urolog for those CYSTS on the scrotum which are IDIOPATHIC SCROTAL CALCINOSIS (calcium deposits). They can be removed surgically (incisions with local anesthesia) and are not dangerous for health. Please check the picture by googling the name to see if those are the cysts you are talking about or thinking of.
There can be other CYSTS like sebaceous which are different (not calcium) also called FORDYCE SPOTS. There are EPIDIDYMAL CYST which may also be something else and probably other type of CYSTS.
My question would be: what CYST type did you have and how did you remove it?

There is no SEED to remove... just watch common videos of cyst-removal on youtube (not scrotal cysts bc there are none to watch, instead watch cyst removal vids on ppl's back or face or anywhere, bc they're more common videos)... YOU MUST EXTRACT THE "SHELL" (aka membrane) that the cyst grows inside of...it is like a grape shell, dont just squeeze out the guts of the grape (=cyst), remove the grape-skin (=cyst membrane) and also the guts of the grape... doing this will guarantee that the cyst will not regenerate its "guts" again.
