Hi everyone,

I've been looking at this thread for a couple of days and I had a cyst that appeared to be the size of a BB on my sack. Finally decided to cut it out, I used a razor blade and sterilized everything with alcohol and a lighter. I made a cut on the top of the skin and nothing happened so I kept cutting for what felt like an eternity into the skin. After a while I think I accidentally cut into the cyst becuase the white stuf came out but I did end up pulling out a string looking think which I hope was the root and/or sac. My question though is before I cut into my skin, it appeared to be the size of a BB like I said but the amount of stuff that came out was only about the size of idk maybe a strawberry seed or something, so I am not sure if I got it all out? I was expecting it to be so much more than it was.  I looked into the hole and it looked empty but I scraped around with the tip of some small tweezers but nothing came out and it started to bleed a good bit more so I figured I should stop to help reduce the rish of possible infection.  Also, my skin was now pulled up and looked like a donutlike if that makes sense... like it was folding out over itself.

Anyway when I rub it I still feel a bump, but I think it is just the actual skin, so has this happend to anyone where the cyst was actually way smaller than the overall skin bump? I dont know how thick scrotal skin is but I am just thinking my skin is still stretched out and will hopefully reduce in size over the next couple of days.

Hi every one ..

I am 32 and i have these for last 8-9 years. I have never had issues in getting laid at any point of m life and most of the people here are right that girls don't even look at your balls most of the time.

However, i m getting annoyed with them now because of two reasons

1. They are too many and keep on increasing in number. They started with a few and stayed the same for an year or two but as I grew in age, they grew in number and now I've around 60 of them .. 10 -15 large and rest small but some are hard and some are like water balls .. i can feel liquid in them and get scared to even pop them out because of lots of mess.

2. The second reason is that a few of them every now and then form heads and then pop out and not for good but to cause more mess for me and then cause inflation and grow in size after closing their mouth. So that's kind of irritating now.

I went to surgen to get all of them out of my scrotum once and for all ... but he asked a Urologist to come and have a look too. Then they both told me its not an ideal decision to get the surgery done to remove them as they will have to cut my scrotum's foreskin and I'll end up losing most part of my scrotum skin in that case which might make me a little tight down there and then its no guarantee these cysts wont come back. So they said I should leave them as it is for now and if I feel like I can just get few of bigger ones removed and leave the smallers one there.

So to conculde

1. It happens with lots of Men usually in teenage

2. It does not affect your sex life ( it should not and it has not for most of us ).

3. It can not be removed through surgery forever. They will come back.

4. Popping them out is a forever process.. keep doing it and they will keep coming back.

5. Unless they are hurting you physically and causing inflation / infection or anything that sort, leave them alone. If they dont look good to you, trust me, your scrotum wont look good to you even after you remove them and when you will get them back.

6. Dont waste your money on expensive surgery .. its not worth it for this.

7. Clean your balls every day, twice thrice a day with warm water and do other medical / home treamtents as every one has said.

8. Live with them the way you have lived already for years and be confident. You did not put them on your balls yourself .. they are there and most of men have'em .. so leave them alone and stay happy.

At least I am now !

Hi everyone, Let me tell you my personal experience with sebaceous cysts. About the age of 16 I started to notice small bumps forming on my scrotum which by the time I was 19 had turned into 14 pea to dime sized cysts. Finally I said enough was enough these things had basically killed any chance at having a sex life and compromised my psychological state when talking to girls. I finally went to the doctor to see what could be done after not being able to bare these things any longer. My god it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He diagnosed me there and recommended non invasive surgery to have them removed. Three days later I went in for the removal, they used basic anesthetic (couldn't feel a thing) and after about 45 mins they were done and I was cyst free. They removed ALL my cysts even small ones I didn't think they would be able to. The doctor who did the surgery was a Urologist. (which I recommend they are the best for cyst removal involving genital areas) I spent the next 4 weeks with small stitches in the scrotal area but there was minimal irritation and after the 4 weeks I was cyst free with minimal scaring that my girlfriend of 2 years now has never noticed. Don't do nothing and don't be scared that nothing can be done. If you have basic health insurance the procedure cost me about $400 out of pocket. (Based in US and worth EVERY PENNY!) 23 now and have only had a few small ones start to show but I found using fingernail clippers and nipping them when there small gets rid of them and have been cyst free for 4 years now. Go to the doctor and get this done will change your life!

Here's a few pieces of good info I've experienced over the years of dealing with these little bastards. 1) Women normally don't notice. They don't stare at your junk during blow j's. I only told one girlfriend ever after 4 years of dating and she had no idea. After her initial curiosity to see them and me explaining that they wernt contagious, she was totally ok with it. Even gave me the courage to let her tounge the ole boys which was awesome! 2) They go away with age. I started seeing them at about 14 and freaked out. They peaked at around 23. I probably had 100's of them but I'm 29 now and the last few years I've seen a dramatic decline in both size and the number of them. I might have 30 now and the largest 3 or 4 are BB sized. 3) You aren't alone. I've been told by many medical professionals (also seen on this thread) that ~30% or guys have some form of subecious cysts on their nuts. I even told my buddy who is an RN about them one day and (much to my surprise) he dropped his drawers and showed me he had the same thing! So it's pretty common. I wouldn't recommend "home surgeries" but it does work. I've removed a few or the big ones using basically the same methods these other guys have. Just make sure you really take every effort to sterilize and clean the finished product regularly. I've also had one removed that got infected from running by my dermatologist but it cost like $120. Screw that! Best advice is to just nut up (no pun intended) and live with what the good Lord gave you. At least they are on your junk and not on your face right? Talk about never getting laid!

Cut it off. Dice it. Throw it in a pan over medium high heat with tomatoes and green chili's and jalapeños in a tablespoon of first press cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (unless you've has sex before. ..if so, you can only use regular canola oil)...after sautéing for 5 min 30 sec, put it on a plain egg bagel with low fat cream cheese. Once you eat it all, you will never get a cyst again. And you'll be stronger than is normal for you.

No need to worry as men we naturally have them. Some only have one or two tiny ones in the skin of the testes. Don't fear they are not cancerous. I have read that some use a needle to remove them. I have a better way and it worked when I removed mine. Take a clean razor and scrape the top of the skin where the tiny cyst exists. Once the white seed pops through pick out then clean the spot. No issues no problems. Don't use a needle.

ive tried a lot of things and i guess mine are persistent! the best thing to use is a piercing needle because it has a very fine point and tapers out with razor sharp edges, i never found it to be painful, but some might. so you lance it with this, it comes sterilized so thats handy, then you're gonna be left with the seabum sac drained of its contents still in there. you can try to dig it out but if even a small bit of the cell wall is left it will eventually re-grow, to solve this my method was using an aerosol wart remover to freeze the remaining cells where you cant reach them, do this for around 30 seconds. in a few days it'll blister up and it may take a couple weeks to heal but its totally worth it eventually youll be left with a very smooth flat slighty lighter mark, but its not noticable unless you're looking for it. i struggled with reccuring cysts for years before i came up with this method, now my sac is almost back to looking normal (i only do a few at a time)
