sebaceous glands possible cure

Wow I cant believe some of the nonsense comments that have thumbs up as if they were actually useful. To those thinking this discussion is about acne please go inform yourself of the difference. A simple search and a few minutes should fill you in. Sabaceous Hyperplasia is a swollen oil gland that will not be "popped" by any amount off squeezing or puncture. Some acne products can help, however from my experience it seems to help prevent not cure existing conditions. When i saw a doctor he told me to wash more carefully as similar to acne, the cause is usually a clogged pore or duct near the gland. 

This advice may prevent it, but what do you do about existing conditions? Well this is where i am stuck. I tried to force it out using a sterilized needle and tweezers but after getting part of it out there was too much blood in the wound to see what i was doing and the deeper section still exists. Additionally there is now a bit thicker skin over the area (scar tissue?) that is VERY sensitive, and further attempts to remove it are much more painful and less productive. 

Another post i read said try to use a heat source as the oil becomes more of a liquid and perhaps could dissolve. I've taken hot baths but im not really sure if im supposed to buy a heat pad or something because this did not help me at all. Seemed to help others however which is why i mention it. My swollen gland is halfway up my penis so im not really sure how im supposed to heat up such a sensitive area past what ive tried myself.

Final advice, see a doctor or dermatologist, and be persistent about getting rid of it. My doctor made me feel like if enough time passed it would go away, but it absolutely did not. I was careful about cleaning this area of my body before, and much more so after, with the same results. Depending on how bad it is, you can perform self surgery, but be sure to take measures to prevent infection. Acne cream appears to work in some situations, if you can clear the clog the gland should return to normal. Not every occurrence or person is the same.

Guys it's ok! I understand the confidence issue you go through but in the end you just have to accept it. I started noticing this when I was 14 and thought some crazy disease or std was causing it even though I had never had sex. I'm now 26, still have them, and there have been lots of sexual encounters and not one single girl has noticed. It took my fiancé several years to finally notice and when she asked I just told her it was a natural thing that can occur in men where we have glands that hair try's to come through. That was the end of that discussion, nothing more needed to be discussed because as hard as it is to believe, everyone has their quirks. It will be fine guys. Just keep the area clean, for the love of God don't try any cutting on yourself. The sooner you realize that it's ok and it's almost impossible to notice in the act of anything sexual you'll be better off for it. Think about, no girl truly has any idea of what a perfect penis is and in their lifetime they will see many different penises. So when you are being sexual just remember that if you arnt sitting their staring at her vagina with a magnifying glass then you can pretty much guarantee she's not doing the same!
