Hey there it's hard to say because I can't see it. When you pull your foreskin back how much of your glans (head) can you see? Where is the white stuff.? How old are you it could be that you have an adhesion and the connective tissue between the glans and foreskin has not broken down yet

I can pull my foreskin back with an erection but not as far when I don't have one and it is kinda stuck like 1 cm down from the top of my penis's head and when not erect I can see everything and it's as far as it can go and I am turning 13 at the start of next year. if you need anything I am willing to send it to you

Go you can see the whole glans of your penis it should be fine. Remember your foreskin is attached to the bottom or underside of the head of your penis my a stringlike piece of skin called the frenulum

Thanks for the help and I also noticed while in the shower that some skin stuck to the head of my penis has come unstuck and there's only a little bit left I'll just keep washing it until it fully comes unstuck

Well, as you know a little piece of skin is still stuck to the head of my penis but all the other skin (when my penis is flaccid) comes all the way down except for the bit that's stuck but when my penis is erected I think the skin hasn't stretched yet because it needs to be stretched more to go down a bigger penis and maybe also the little piece of skin attachted still is preventing it from going further

Yes it does feel tight and won't stretch wide enough. The skin is attached maybe like 1 centimetre to half a centimetre
