I wonder if this is a common thing and if it goes under some name... Basically I can send "shock waves" through my own body pretty much whenever I feel like it. I call them shock waves because it really feels like when you get an electric shock, only it's a lot softer and often slower- like a rolling wave through the body. It usually goes from head almost all the way to the feet, but at times I try to start from the head and let it wander through an arm. I don't always succeed with that. I've also tried "storing" the waves in either arms or feet, trying to keep it tingling there for a while, but it lasts for a few seconds, tops. It's like it has to get out from my body once I've started it. I can store it in my upper body before releasing it like a bomb, letting it shatter in all directions. (Again, it's not an intensive pain/shock or something. It's almost quite subtle even though I may picture it with a lot more action.) Doesn't sound ridiculous at all... Anyways, is this a common thing everyone does without thinking too much about? Whenever I talk to friends about it they look at me as if I just said something really weird. This has been on my mind over the last couple of years. I usually do it at night before falling asleep, because according to my oh so vivid imagination the shock waves flash out of me and creates an impenetrable shield around me. Just a silly comfort thing really. Yes, I'm dead serious. And curious!

Finally... About time someone else out there can do that too.

Every word you said relates to me too. Except that When i do it two or three times within 5 to 10 minutes it kind of.. gets tired out. like waiting for mana to regenerate. I usually use it during winter or just before attempting astral projection to excite my molecules into leaving the body more easily. To be more precise It starts from right above my Jaw bones. And leaving it tingling in my fingers and toes too long gives me pins and needles =P.

Btw, do you get the blast of shock only limited to the jaws when you eat something warm and super tasty after being hungry fo hours ???

I can do this too, one thing I have noticed is that when I do it my eyes dialate! Please can someone tell me what this is, how I am doing it!? Gavrouche it's just how you explained it!

I have a theory. Know that I am not a medical doctor, but I do have basic knowledge of human systems and anatomy. I am able to do this as well: I feel a wave of energy, my heart rate picks up and my pupils dialate. I believe we are consciously stimulating our Sympathtic Nervous System, responsible for dilating your pupils, kicking up your heart rate, and releasing adrenaline (which I believe to be the feeling of "energy") in order to get you ready for a Freeze Flight Fight response. Just a theory.

Yes! I've been doing this for many years but never understood it.

The way I trigger mine is by going into a meditative state. Though I've never done a time challenge, I would say that I've done about 30 seconds. I took a Kundalini yoga class one time and my teacher said that it is common and that it does have something to do with stimulating the nervous system. Activating the Sympathetic Nervous System sounds reasonable.

Another thing that really turns up the intensity is engaging my bandhas--the body locks in yoga. Pretty crazy stuff.

I can do this as well, I always thought it may have been spiritual albeit that can sound ridiculous. I have always wondered about why it happened, and I almost believe it has to do with the nervous system being conciously stimulated. But there's one catch to that, if it were true wouldn't it be recognized by a more broad group of people by now, because I feel as if doctors would have articles and labels for this exact experience

I can do this as well at will by just concetrating. I did it once during an EKG and was able to cause the trace to be erratic. This suggests an electric response in the surface of the skin. Perhaps it csn be measured.

12/7/2017. Wow like you both said you thought you were the only two people in the world. I do the same shock wave you both have and I thought I was it. I tried to explain it to some friends but yes they thought nothing of it. I assumed it was some healing power I might have. I sometimes combine it with prayer in hopes that it might be a gateway to healing myself. It does seem to work for minor things. Aches, pains, etc I get instant relief from. I've never had a headache in my life at age 65 so I don't know if that is related to any self-healing effort. But everything you described is to the T. I can't add anything. Sometimes I jerk or shake a bit for a second while sending the wave. I do notice my hands get hot when I do that. I always wondered if I could heal someone to some degree but never tried. I don't want to make a fool of myself. Maybe my faith level isn't high enough or theirs...lol. I did try it on my dog but didn't work...lol again. He passed away in 2015. I assume everyone has this ability but doesn't try it or does not recognize it within themselves. I always looked at it as a gift of some sort and yes I see it as a shield of some sort also. not bullet proof but maybe as a deterrence in certain instances. Comments welcome.

YES!... I also was able to cause my EKG to skip or delay a rhythm by concentrating on it to do so.

I can shock my body as well I can do bursts of a split second or keep it on for a bit , when I do pulses it does get weaker. I would like to know if theirs a way to measure it ? maybe it would move the needle on a lie detector? haven't found a use for it yet but now that I know theirs others Im going to realy do some searching as this is the first time ive told anyone.
