sever pain in my upper neck

for the last few months i've had an never ending pain in the back of my head where it meets my neck most time the pain travels up the sides of my head to the top of my head problem being noone in my area can figure it out it is making my life udder hell in addition to the pain i've had lightheaded feeling and ringing in my ears I have had MRI'S & MRA'S however the dr found nothing wrong there and says it's a migrain i disagree up untill just the last few months i've been perfectly healthy please help!!!!!!!!!!!
